This is the latest edition of a programme aimed at farms, in which participants are rewarded for purchasing products from Corteva Agriscience and Pioneer Hi-Bred. In addition to financial rewards paid via bank transfer and gift cards, the programme includes a range of additional activities offering prizes in kind, trips and the client’s products.

Farmers don’t just buy seeds or chemicals – they buy the assurance that their crops will be safe and profitable. For our client, a market leader in the plant protection sector, we have created a programme that builds trust and loyalty amongst participants, encourages competition and awards a guaranteed prize for purchases.
i360’s task was to create a loyalty scheme aimed at customers of Time Trend and Riff retail outlets. These are: men (59.8%) and women (40.2%), aged 35–54, living in urban areas, who buy watches and jewellery, and music enthusiasts (Riff customers).

The E-pole programme is a modern tool for building relationships with farms, which effectively combines financial benefits with education, engagement and brand loyalty. For over 10 years, it has successfully supported farmers, offering them not only attractive rewards for meeting their purchasing targets, but also added value in the form of access to knowledge, training and direct communication. An automated system for collecting purchase data and integration with the distributor network have enabled effective programme management and a better alignment of activities with participants’ needs.
