Introduction

Champions League – a programme for managing e-contracts and collaboration with owners of shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Full automation of the B2B contract signing process, customer service and settlements carried out as part of participation in the programmes enables the efficient management of the administrative aspects of Philip Morris Polska’s collaboration with its customers.

The challenge

Our client required a platform and a comprehensive service package, comprising:

  • reviewing and updating the terms and conditions of cooperation with customers,
  • programme analytics – sales, volume and financial data,
  • a database of organisations, shops and users all in one place,
  • processing 3–7 settlements per month for several thousand PSDs.

Solution

The project involves managing an extensive database of shops, contracts, sales and accounts. We have created a single platform that enables:

  • signing contracts and addenda,
  • real-time management of reports and dashboards,
  • payroll processing and invoicing,
  • co-ordinating the marketing equipment and materials available at the point of sale (POS) and liaising with their supplier,
  • updating the knowledge base on programmes and cooperation rules,
  • maintaining an extensive gallery of POS photographs.
