What is gamification?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gamification is the use of motivational techniques, which have been employed for years by video game designers, in loyalty and incentive schemes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is gamification?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of implementing gamification measures is to ensure that <a href=\"https:\/\/i360.com.pl\/en\/incentive-schemes\/\">incentive scheme<\/a> whether the loyalty scheme will become more attractive. Various gamification tools are used for this purpose, including, amongst others:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Awarding badges and points;<\/li><li>Encouraging competition;<\/li><li>Setting targets to be achieved;<\/li><li>The opportunity to move up to the next level.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of gamification lies an incentive or loyalty programme, around which effective competitive mechanisms are built. These include, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Clarity of motivational factors;<\/li><li>Internal motivational factors;<\/li><li>Cooperation;<\/li><li>Communities;<\/li><li>Aims and badges;<\/li><li>Prompt feedback.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Competition mechanisms have enormous potential, which can be put to good use in B2B programmes within the high street retail sector.
