What are the aims of the audiotext lottery?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Audiotext lotteries are games of chance, the rules of which are set out in Poland by the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling and its implementing regulations. Alongside promotional and raffle lotteries, audiotex campaigns are extremely popular in our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The aims of the audiotext lottery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the participant\u2019s perspective, the aim of taking part in an audiotext lottery is to win a prize in kind or a cash prize. From the organiser\u2019s perspective, however, the aim is to boost sales of the promoted products and services \u2013 in cases where the lottery is organised to stimulate demand for consumer goods \u2013 or to generate direct profit from the volume of SMS messages or paid telephone calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only individuals aged 18 or over may take part in audiotext lotteries.
