The "The Contact-ed" programme implemented for Alcon Poland Sp. z o.o. – was a loyalty programme addressed to consumers buying contact lenses at independent opticians' shops throughout the country.

The role of i360:

  • Developing the principles and mechanics of the programme
  • Implementing special campaigns
  • Preparing a software system needed for programme implementation
  • Creating and managing the database of Programme Participants
  • Preparing the graphic design for informational materials
  • Executing transfers to Participants' credit cards
  • Providing comprehensive services for participants, including the operation of a contact centre
  • Providing comprehensive management including reporting
